It is a common belief that a student’s success is greatly influenced by the guidance and support of their teachers. However, I hold the opinion that true learning goes beyond the confines of formal education. In one of our revered Sanskrit slokas, it is mentioned that a person’s growth is derived from multiple sources – a quarter from their teacher, a quarter from their own intellect, a quarter from their environment, and a quarter from time itself.

The thought or idea that education is a collective effort of the entire society is paramount. It is the duty of all adults to contribute in creating a nurturing and conducive environment for effective learning to flourish. Schools play a crucial role in providing a platform for comprehensive skill development encompassing problem-solving, leadership, adaptability, time management, and various other facets of holistic growth.
